When it comes to car insurance policies, what you get is what you pay for.
This is according to Asia Yasir, spokeswoman for esure travel insurance, who warned that cost cutting on your policy may not always be productive.
"When it comes to insurance the old rule of thumb holds true - you get what you pay for," she stated.
"There are reasons why one cover is cheaper than another."
Earlier this week, RIAS was once again named as a 'Recommended Provider' for car insurance by independent consumer organisation Which?.
The specialist over 50s insurance provider was given the award after Which? surveyed the UK car insurance market for the best quality policies and highest standard of customer service .
"We are delighted that our car insurance product has once again been recognised by Which? as one of the best in the market," commented Janet Connor, managing director at RIAS.
