Marks and Spencer car insurance recognised

Car insurance company M&S Money has been recognised for the service it provides to its customers at a prestigious awards ceremony.

The firm was named 'most trusted motor insurance provider' at the 2010 Moneywise Customer Service Awards on Thursday (June 17th), in addition to the 'best travel insurance provider for service', after a nationwide customer service survey.

One of the organisation's products is M&S Premier Car Insurance, which offers customers extra benefits worth over £312, including RAC breakdown cover and motor legal protection.

Colin Kersley, chief executive at M&S Money, said: "All our insurance policies are designed with the M&S customer in mind, and we are delighted that M&S Car and Travel Insurance have been recognised at the Moneywise awards."

Meanwhile, M&S Money recently urged cyclists to make sure they have adequate cover for their bicycles .

The warning came after a survey showed that more than a quarter of cyclists have had at least one bicycle stolen in the last two years.
