Car insurance award for NFU Mutual

NFU Mutual has once again been named the best car insurance by readers of Auto Express magazine.

The publication's 'Driver Power' survey took into account the views of 23,000 readers, rating the insurance companies on communication, helpfulness, value for money and overall service.

As well as getting top marks in all these categories, NFU Mutual was praised for its 'unconditional' insurance policy .

Paul Richardson, car insurance specialist at NFU Mutual, said: "The Auto Express 'Driver Power' survey is a benchmark for the car insurance industry, so we're always keen to see what British motorists think of us.

Meanwhile, M&S Money was recently named 'best motor insurance provider for service' at the 2010 Moneywise Customer Service Awards.
