According to a recent report by price comparison website money supermarket, specialist car insurance providers are not necessarily the most competitive on the market.
A number of specialist companies offer ‘deals’ to specific groups, such as women and student. Female drivers in particular have been warned that motor insurance from female-only specialists is not always the cheapest out there.
Money supermarket indicate that women could potentially get cheaper deals by searching the whole of market and even choosing a traditional car insurance provider . As always, the website say, shopping around gets the cheapest car insurance deals .
