Zurich wins car insurance praise

Zurich's car insurance policy has won a five-star rating from Defaqto.

According to the advice company's rankings, this places Zurich's car insurance policy among the top ten per cent available in the UK.

The car insurance provider claims that Defaqto's rating system is the UK's most comprehensive measure of products quality.

Additionally, Zurich has been named as the UK's second most customer-centric company, in a study by Dunnhumby.

Furthermore, the insurer was named as the top car insurance provider in the Dunnhumby customer service analysis - and states this high ranking was due to the literature available and quality of staff.

Mark Searles, UK marketing director at Zurich, said: "We're delighted to have received this independent recognition by two leading companies.

"We are committed to putting customers at the heart of what we do and we will continue to put the focus on providing them with top quality products and services."

Zurich offers car insurance and home insurance to its UK customers, with discounts of up to 15 per cent and quotes available for some policies online.
